I didn't even mean to write this much
Since I (hopefully only temporarily) incapacitated the computer I make graphics on, I am stuck with the prospect of actually writing something, as I keep meaning to anyway. I'm not actually going to do that though, because that would take work and thoughts, and I'm really fucking lazy. Also I'm just not in the mood right now; I've been randomly depressed lately and I'm just not up for a lot of thinking. (Which is why I wanted to make graphics! Instead I spent an hour trying to fix one little thing on the other computer, only to have somehow broken a lot of things in the process. Woopsy.)
Sherlock links and me wanking about stupid shit behind the cut; includes spoilers for A Scandal in Belgravia and episode 2.3 (although those are mostly speculation on my part; I don't know any actual spoilers from that episode, besides what I gathered from ACD canon)
Anyway these are a bunch of links regarding Irene Adler and Scandal in Belgravia. I'm not going to yap about my thoughts here but it's not hard to extrapolate some of what I feel just from the content of the links. They deal with feminism and sexism in the episode.

Regarding Reichenbach, I know that it will have John/everyone thinking Sherlock died, as that's what happened in ACD canon. I can't imagine they're actually going to kill Sherlock for reals though, because that would be stupid and pointless. Plus a lot of people involved with the show have already casually discussed a season three, I believe. I just hope there is some indication that Sherlock is still alive at the end to the audience. I also hope that Sherlock actually displays some regard or affinity towards John which he really hasn't much this season, IMO. (Granted I am biased.) They had some good moments the past two episodes, but I want more, I want to actually seem them be friends and care about each other. So yeah, I'm really holding out some hope for that in the last episode. Also we still haven't seen the handcuffed scenes that there were so many behind the scenes pictures of a few months ago, so that's something to look forward to I guess. I just want to see them getting along and liking each other though dammit!
Ack, I said I wasn't going to yap and then I end up writing a bunch of yapping. Woops again.
But something else to focus on that causes no angst for me: FRINGE RETURNS!!! Less than 24 hours before the new episode, and I am excite. I've missed it so much!
