i can't believe they actually did it
What a clusterfuck, livejournal. I'm so annoyed at it all. The comment pages look hideous, and have lost nearly half the features I frequently use. There's just so much wrong with everything that they have changed.
I could go on and on about how many things they fucked up and how many different ways those changes are going to drastically reduce functionality of the site, but it's done a lot in the comments sections of the recent posts announcing the changes.

(Also just by the way, for the rest of the month account creation on Dreamwidth doesn't require an invite code.)
