I have been home less than an hour and I have killed no less than 8 stink bugs.

I live in an old building. Very old. The windows are not the greatest insulators by any means. And apparently I live right in the middle of stink bug city because every fall/winter I get TONS of them. Daily. Haven't had any all summer, which was sublime. Today I come home and I just kept finding one after another, after another and so on. And yes, they do often stink when you kill them. And yes it smells very bad (to me anyway).

And of course I live in an apartment with a lot of windows, so it's often not clear which windows they are coming in through. I tried spraying bug spray all over and taping up the two ones I think these recent ones came in through. I don't know if the taping will really be successful, because the windows don't even shut completely properly all the time so its hard to really tape the gaps closed because they are everywhere!

Now I'm afraid to even cook anything because I killed two in my kitchen, but I'm not sure if either of them are the one I was hunting for a good ten minutes earlier.
And those bugs are bastards. I don't know how bugs can be bastards, but those fucking stink bugs are it.

I flush them. Routinely. They cannot be allowed to live, but squishing them is horrible, so I suppose wasting water is allowable because they are the bugs from hell, I swear.

Oh I flush every single one too. I end up squishing some of them but still flush them and then light a dozen candles (okay, I only actually have one candle!) to get rid of the godawful smell.

They are bugs from hell, I agree! It's worth wasting the water than to deal with their dead stinky carcasses!

I don't think we get those around here. At least, I hope not, because they sound dreadful. We get these things that are like centipedes on crack, super-fast, and I don't even know what they are. We call them shrimp monsters. I can't kill them; I scream and someone else comes and kills them. I'm seriously in awe of your ability to kill bugs. I found a roach in my apartment in LA once and was alone, and I actually called my roommate's boyfriend to see if he could come over and kill it, but he wasn't home. :( It took me ten minutes to get myself able to do it, and I screeeeaaaaamed the whole time. I'm surprised no one killed the cops, LOL.

OMG those centipedes sound traumatizing. I hate fast bugs, because you never know where they are and they will always somehow get where you least expect them.

I don't think I could kill a roach either, and I most definitely would scream. I'm still excessively grossed out by stink bugs, but the fact that I've seen literally dozens every year in my apartment sort of forces me to put up with killing them. I really have no choice. But whenever I spray them and they fall on the floor (and oh god u can hear them land, they are not tiny) I usually end up screaming and panicking because I assume every bug I see is going to end up on me somehow or some way. Luckily though if they are just walking around, they're slow as fuck and don't really seem to notice/care when you're about to grab it and flush it.

I hate bugs! I'm not sure if I've ever encountered a stink bug though.

Oh god, I hate bugs so much too. I hate that I even know what a stink bug is! They are big and ugly and gross (google has lots of pictures if you're curious!).
