Day 10 - A show you thought you wouldn't like but ended up loving

No, I didn't forget about this meme. I'm just naturally lazy and averse to writing so I just put things off. I will finish this meme, do not doubt that! But it might take me twice as long as it's supposed to.

Anyway there are a few shows I could answer this question with. Buffy the Vampire Slayer, as I may have mentioned, is one I hated for no good reason before I ever saw it. And now, of course, I generally love it, and recommend it to everyone!
The other show I'm going to mention here (which is not to say there aren't more that fall in this category for me) is Primeval. I remember when someone lent me the DVDs to watch I just looked at the cover, and I was like, wtf is this shit, this show looks so stupid. But I watched it, because I generally don't have anything better to do. And I ended up really enjoying it, which I definitely did not expect. Which is not to say it's a great show, but I still enjoyed it a lot more than I ever expected I would. Because some random British show with dinosaurs...is not an appealing thing to me in general. But I found some of the characters likeable and it obviously held my interest. Although with the cliffhanger and the way they left things at the end of season three, I really only care about Abby and Connor any more. But they are enough to keep me watching when it (supposedly) comes back from cancellation (who knows when)!
